Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExtrusion Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Warsaw, IN area, they’re seeking mechanically inclined and quality driven people to join their team This is a temp to hire position with possibilities of growth within the companyJob Summary:
  1. Pay: $17-20 depending on experience
  2. Shifts Available:
    1. 2nd shift
  3. Operate various plastic extrusion machines throughout the day
  4. Ensure machine is functioning properly and report issues to leads and supervisors
  5. Following correct forms to ensure proper materials are being used for each product
  6. Use of measuring tools like tape measures, calipers, weight scales, etc
  7. Preform other duties deemed necessary by client
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to read and interpret measuring tools like tape measures, calipers, etc
  2. Proven reliability- attendance and punctuality
  3. Must be able to stand for long periods of time – and availability for over time
  4. Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  5. Previous extrusion ( rubber or plastic) experience preferred
