A family-owned company is currently seeking a Account Coordinator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Raynham, MA.

Responsibilities of Account Coordinator:
-Collect demographic and insurance coverage information over multiple medias
-Receive all required documentation from clients
-Enter collected information and documents into computer system
-Review patient’s insurance eligibility
-Advise patient on co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles etc
-Answer client questions regarding billing policies and processes
-Verify insurance for all sales orders
-Gather all necessary paperwork for worker’s compensation coverage and verify coverage
-Maintain a working knowledge of insurance plans, contractual relationships, and insurance mergers and acquisitions.
-Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately as needed
-Resolve discrepancies in received orders
-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Account Coordinator
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
-Possess knowledge of medical insurances
-Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

-Superior attention to detail
-Ability to work independently
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good organizational and prioritizing skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Reliable and professional in demeanor
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.50/hr
