Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector & IV Hydration Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering injectable treatments, providing IV hydration therapy, managing our Semaglutide Weight Loss Program, and performing blood draws as needed. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their health and beauty goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aesthetic Injections: Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments in line with the latest safety protocols and techniques.
• IV Hydration Therapy: Prepare and administer IV hydration therapy, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
• Semaglutide Weight Loss Program: Oversee and manage the Semaglutide Weight Loss Program, including patient consultations, education, treatment planning, and monitoring of progress.
• Bloodwork: Perform phlebotomy for clients as needed, including collecting and processing blood samples for laboratory testing.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate clients on procedures, products, and aftercare.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements and protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately document all treatments, client notes, and progress in the appropriate systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other spa team members to ensure a seamless client experience and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Valid RN or higher nursing license in the state of Texas.
• Previous experience in aesthetic nursing, including injectable treatments and IV therapy, is preferred.
• Certification in phlebotomy and experience in blood draws is a plus.
• Knowledge of weight loss programs, especially those involving semaglutide, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
