We are looking for experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians with 5 years' minimum experience to join our organization. As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for completing work orders, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing HVAC/R systems. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, routine maintenance of equipment. In addition, the ideal partner would have the aptitude to assist others and be a team member. Self-motivated individual with good communication skills as well as the ability to manage, prioritize and assist in the schedule of jobs.

Qualified technician will have a min of 5 years verifiable field experience in Light commercial HVAC (Up to 25 tons) and Refrigeration and Ice Machines. High volume of work with full benefits package provided. Service truck and major tools provided. Guaranteed Pay / Overtime is required. Pay is based on experience. Reliability and performance are compensated for.

This is guaranteed 40 hour week pay year round.

Year End Performance Bonus

$2,500.00 sign on bonus
