Here at ITrip, we are looking to hire a contract Inspector / Handyman to inspect our Vacation Property Rentals in the Bradenton / Sarasota area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 210 Pre-Inspection List that you will use to go through the home to prepare it for a 5-star guest experience.
• Report any damages or issues with prior guests.
• You will work closely with the Property Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Property Maintenance or Handyman Services.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

• You will be paid per inspection - Will be negotiated at the time of interview.
