Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement Montessori-based educational activities and curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment.
  • Foster the intellectual, emotional, and social development of each child.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to support the individual needs of students.
  • Assess and track student progress.
  • Maintain a classroom that encourages independence and self-motivation.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Montessori Education or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching in a Montessori environment is highly desirable.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Spanish-speaking is preferred but not a requirement.
