Vigorous Underdogs Barbershop is a new modern barbershop in North Richland Hills, TX. We opened recently as of January 19, 2024 We look for people who love to perfect their craft, give quality service, and always take care of whoever is in their chair.

Our work environment includes:

Education & One on One fade sessions

Assist in building clientele

Social Media Promotion

Ability to make your own schedule

No crazy hours Get time home with the family

Relaxed atmosphere

No dress code

Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, styling, and shaving.
- Perform straight razor shaves and beard trims with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barber station and tools. Sweep your own area.
- Manage your own appointments and ensure timely service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on current trends in men's grooming and hairstyling techniques.

Requirements:
- Valid barber license.
- Experience in barbering, including proficiency in hair styling, straight razor techniques, and beard grooming. ( MUST know how to use scissors as far as all round scissor cuts and blending hair without clipper over comb)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired look.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet client appointments.
- A passion for the art of barbering and staying up-to-date with industry trends
