New Tech Global is seeking a Personal Lines CSR for a client located in Atascocita, TX. This is a direct hire role paying $20-25hr. 

JOB TITLE: Personal Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR)    

HOURS: Full Time

LOCATION: In the office, with 1 day remote per week after 3 months on the job.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Rep is responsible for working with current and prospective home and auto insurance clients to make sure their needs are met and they have the appropriate coverage for their situation.  Local, independent agency with a friendly working environment.

SKILLS NECESSARY

  • Must be licensed in property and casualty insurance in Texas
  • Must have 1 year of experience as a Personal Lines CSR
  • Must be Dependable
  • Ability to communicate well with customers, on the phone, via email or in person
  • Ability to learn multiple insurance companies
  • Attention to detail
  • Responsible



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Quote and issue new personal lines insurance policies
  • Process changes to policies for current customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Review current policies and suggest changes
  • Maintain customer information system, including entry of new customers and updates to current customers 
  • Any other tasks needed to provide service to existing and potential customers



BENEFITS

  • $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. 
  • 25% bonus on new policies issued.  Last year this was $8k for the current position.
