New Heights Logistics Inc. is seeking a dispatcher to join our family-owned and operated team for the swing shift (5 pm-11 pm). Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and committed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain delivery routes for optimal performance
  • Maintain consistent communication with drivers to ensure successful route completion
  • Maintain detailed logging and tracking records
  • Address issues that arise and communicate changes to drivers quickly

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Time-management and organizational skills
  • Highly adaptable to various situations and business needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the field
  • Handle high levels of pressure
  • Deadline-conscious
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
