Billing Processor

McCollister's Global Services, a leader in the transportation industry is looking to hire a Billing Processor.
Candidates must be detail oriented, function well in a team environment, work independently and be able to meet required deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of billing for all services
• Monitor work; prepare and finalize bills; prepare all bills and statements
• Reconcile client accounts
• Assess billing and collection process / workflow and implement recommendations
• Interface with employees on customer balance inquiries
• Respond to auditor's requests
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• 2+ years' experience as a biller, preferably in a professional services organization
• Transportation and logistics experience a plus
• Experience supporting senior-level people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); AS400 experience helpful
• High level of confidentiality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn and use industry specific software
