RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conduct both inside and outside sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Effectively present and promote our products and services to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Contribute to team effort and gain additional manufacturing knowledge by assisting in other areas as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
