Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking those with "experiences" NOT "experience" to join on our flexible schedule to join us as needs arise through the year with pool plastering, repair work, and other duties related to our pool business. We appreciate everyone, but are seeking those who would feel comfortable decorating a cake that they could sell to the general public. You should have the ability to bend, sit, stand, walk on shoe spikes, but also enough attention to detail that you can picture a plaster finish looking great; the ability to feel the plaster trowel response; and make informed judgements on the fly to correct your position on 3 axis. Touch, perception, attention to detail, good personality, and williness to work colletively with others without engaging in disruptions is a must. The environment may be from warm, to cold depending where in Wisconsin the work is being done and at what time of year. --- The ideal candidate is anyone looking to get into a position with our company, but may have other jobs, and is looking for side work. This position is "flexible" and depending on capability may expand from there. Confidentiality agreements are required for all staff to protect the training process and formulations.
Qualifications:

• Must have attention to detail
• Must be aware of surroundings
• Must have the ability to bend/twist/move with plaster trowel
• Must be willing to communicate with others on the crew and foreman
• Good ability to handle a trowel and sense movement / perception / and take an enormous sense of pride in your work.
• Ability to stand/work on spiked shoes
• Willing to follow ALL safety standards on the job site as required
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screening performed by our consortium.
