We are seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
NIght Shift
**Must have experience with equipment maintenance**
- Experience with Plastic Mold Injection Machines, preferred
- Oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, including monitoring production lines, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and forklifts to fabricate and assemble products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and production staff to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, production levels, and inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
Skills:
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with assembly lines and the ability to fabricate and assemble products.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of factory safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
