We Are Willing To Train

Salary: $19-$22/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships by building rapport and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Fill job orders efficiently by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Deliver daily status reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Multitask effectively to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with a team to achieve shared recruitment goals.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate scheduling, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
