  • Provide administrative support to clinical team as needed
  • Educating clients about the facility policies and procedures
  • Complete logs, incident reports and all other required documentation;
  • Perform administrative and receptionist duties at the front desk

Education and Experience Requirement(s):

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

● 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in a social services agency required. Direct client/participant services preferred

● Certificates: First Aid and CPR Certificate required, NYC Fire Safety Coordinator (F24) a plus.
