RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract position in Winamac, Indiana. This role is perfect for a pharmacist with a strong background in inpatient care, looking for a temporary yet rewarding assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and dispense medications accurately for inpatient use
  • Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and advise on potential interactions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

  • Rotating weekends
  • On-Call

Qualifications:

  • Inpatient hospital experience.
  • CPSI order entry (will train)
  • OmniCell automation (will train)
  • INpharmacist license.
