Are you a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a driven and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals, providing in-home care to patients in need. This is a chance to make a real impact in people's lives, helping them to recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall health and well-being.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the comfort of patients' homes
  • Work with patients to set achievable goals and track progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Use innovative and effective techniques to help patients achieve their maximum physical potential

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferably home health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
