We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnishes, and sealants to interior and exterior surfaces with brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Match and mix paint colors to client specifications.
- Work efficiently to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and other tradespeople to ensure project success.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter in both commercial and residential settings.
- Knowledge of different types of paint and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to operate various painting tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Location: We are located in Saline, MI. However, we provide services in Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties.
Salary: Competitive; based on experience.
