The Senior Partner Development Program:

We put you in a position to perform as a sales leader in charge of a team of direct reports.

Receive high levels of executive training and leadership. We expect you to have a seat at the table to add to the current success of the team.

Minimum Requirements:

Briggs is seeking six-figure sales talent and aggressive growth-oriented individuals with a proven track record of success. Successful candidates will possess a(n):

  • Minimum 2-5 years (preferred 4-7 years) of successful business experience in a sales/marketing-intensive business
  • Uncompromising need for top-level earnings
  • High energy, self-disciplined, self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Goal-oriented with a lifelong quest for personal development and career growth
  • Persuasive communication skills in oral & written form
  • Comfortable speaking in front of individuals and groups
  • Top-notch consultative sales skills
