Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as language, math, science, and physical education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and welfare
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and cooperation among students
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized attention and support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on promoting learning at home
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as required

Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
