Please note: this is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to go from the end of September 2024 through December 2024. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish).

Overview:

The Recruiter is responsible for interviewing all potential new hire and rehire candidates for the Contact Center. The Recruiter will conduct group interviews with behavioral-type questions. This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates over the telephone and in person
  • Scheduling and conducting group interviews daily and as necessary for walk-ins
  • Administering testing to applicants
  • Updating the staffing/tracking spreadsheet and database
  • Confirming and scheduling hires for orientation
  • Initiate Onboarding for hires
  • Assist Onboarding department during Orientations as needed and requested.
  • The position will also carry out additional HR and administrative functions as needed.

Knowledge:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing & data entry skills (at least 30 WPM)
  • Knowledge of general office duties (filing and copying)
  • Knowledge of ADP workforce now a plus

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Previous HR experience.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
  • This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.
