Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee supercenter grocery store remodeling project. Planning, scheduling, sub-contractor's oversite, and implementation of project scope and specs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
  • Overall safety for all contactors, client personnel and general public around construction areas.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software - Procore, MS Project, Plan Grid
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • BS in Construction Management degree preferred.

Pay will be based on experience and includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, Vacation time and Holidays). Vehicle allowance also included.

Superintendent positions available are: Main/Day Superintendent, Night Superintendent, Quality Assurance/Project engineer and Receiving Superintendent/Coordinator.
