The National Installation Coordinator position is a crucial point of contact for customers, sales and operation. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am to 5pm. Salary listed is a starting range. Pay commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make initial contact with customers regarding new installations.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, screen and follow up with routine items to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Add/update records regarding communication with customers into the system.
  • Exceed customer needs through professional and courteous practices.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding changes, satisfaction and service updates.
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team.
  • Maintain confidential, organized and comprehensive compliant filing system.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents as needed.
  • Follow up with customer after installation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience. Experience in a sales/service based company a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Data entry skills – attention to detail a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Windows based programs.
  • Experience in QuickBooks is helpful.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Stellar attendance.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Creative problem solver with decision making ability.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail and organization.
  • Must pass a state and federal criminal background check and drug screening.
