The Center for Women's Psychotherapy LLC is seeking an energetic and motivated full-time Licensed Psychotherapist to join our practice. As part of the team, you will provide individual, couples, and group therapy services, provide intake interviews and initial diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain session notes, provide crisis interventions if needed, and participate in weekly case consultations. This hybrid role is located in Arlington, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. You will start as a contractor paid by the hour with the goal of becoming a W2 employee with benefits and paid time off (PTO) once a certain number of hours per week have been met.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health, clinical social work or counseling psychology (LMHC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD)
• Active VA state license
• Demonstrated experience with adults and adolescents
• Perinatal mental health a plus
• CBT, DBT and trauma focused modality a plus
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
