*Experience in scratch baking and pastries
*Experience working in Deli-style cuisine
*Experience baking cakes (7-layer cake, coconut cream, honey cake, etc.)
*Experience making Kosher Desserts
*LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
* Small relocation for ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR
