·         US Citizen with a valid Driver License

·         Strong communication skills, English speaking, good attitude, customer service oriented

·         College degree preferred but not required.

·         Solid Construction background experience primarily in metal stud, drywall and acoustical ceilings. Minimum 2 year’s experience in estimating is preferred.

·         Strong computer skills: MS office, outlook, email management, on screen take off, quick bid, QuickBooks.

·         Candidate will efficiently perform detailed estimates from PDF plans uploaded into on screen take off, perform pre-construction site visits, effectively communicate with customers and co-workers, and much more.
