We currently have an opening for a Full Time Groundskeeper at Novo on 52nd Apartments in Lynnwood, WA. The best candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team environment.
We Offer:
*$20 per hour
*Full time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:
*Grounds keeping by walking the property daily and picking up trash and items that do not belong.
*Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas on the property.
*Be able to operate a pressure washer and perform pressure washing duties.
*Clean out the common laundry rooms as needed and clean the machines when needed.
*Wash walls, floors, ceilings, storage rooms, and walkways.
*Empty wastebaskets
*Empty and cleans ashtrays.
*Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
*Replenish bathroom supplies.
*Replace light bulbs.
*Cut and trim grass, and shovel snow.
*Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
Qualifications:
*Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with other employees of the organization.
* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
*Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
