Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to contribute to our sales team and help us achieve our ambitious growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. As a Salesperson at Enhanced Telecommunications, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry and other products/services we offer and understanding of customer needs and pain points is a plus.
