WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role of the HVAC Refrigeration Technician is to assist in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration equipment such as coolers and ice machines in commercial locations. While working independently, you will:

• Clean, repair, maintain adjust, and troubleshoot commercial coolers, refrigerators, ice machines and other related equipment
• Keep accurate logs and records of all maintenance and service functions using company service boards
• Collaborate with other team members to proactively anticipate and develop solutions to client problems
• Demonstrate professional craftsmanship and pride in your work
• Install, maintain, and repair indoor air quality systems including performing warranty services or emergency repairs
• Work safely in accordance with industry standards
• Exemplify the company’s core values as a brand ambassador both personally and professionally
• Guide and advise customers on the most appropriate air quality system and services needed for their home or business

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating
• General HVAC skills are a plus
• Available to work a rotating on-call schedule after hours
• Open to working overtime
• Independent thinker and self-motivated
• Over 23 years of age with having a driver’s license for more than 3 years (due to vehicle insurance requirements) to drive a company-issued vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Year round work
