The Ideal Candidate will have Graphic design working with team members, providing proofs, and managing projects to completion. GripEdge is seeking a talented individual with experience in Graphic Design to join our team.
The Graphic Designer supports the product/marketing/advertising and digital team in all creative needs; and will maintain and create content and designs. This successful applicant will, design and execute finished product for marketing materials such as promotional ads, electronic media, brochures, product packaging, event signage, Etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare graphic design proofs for product and marketing team for approval and print-ready files for production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, use good time management to prioritize activities and tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project goals and GripEdge requirements, to ensure that effective design solutions are applied to maintain GripEdge’s reputation.
  • Coordinate projects between, product management, marketing, and sales teams.


Qualifications:

 

  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent graphic design skills, including creative talent and effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think outside the box to produce eye catching graphic designs whilst maintaining brand ID
  • Experience in producing, digital and print brochures, signs, banners, packaging digital media content, advertising materials ect
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project goals and GripEdge’s requirements, to ensure that effective design solutions are applied to maintain GripEdge brand reputation.
  • Create unique art solutions and ensure quality and consistency.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with team members to ensure timely, accurate, consistent and effective advertising products.
  • Consistently provide exceptional designs and strong presentations to support a professional image, utilising strategic thinking and innovative design.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met and that files are properly created and delivered to the correct media, print house, or other final use destination.
  • Establish and maintain effective COMMUNICATION and WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Attend meetings as necessary to obtain information, clarify objectives, report on project status and coordinate with other team members.
  • Create advertising and design solutions which support the overall strategy and GripEdge branding.
  • Assist other gripEdge team members with Graphic design needs and projects.
  • Design engaging website banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors to produce digital assets for Amazon Listings and Product Optimizations.
  • Assist eCommerce Manager with Photo Retouching, Branded Content, Digital/Print Production, Product Packaging, Product Composition, and Digital Asset Creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to create digital assets such as infographics, promotional flyers, and video assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency and uphold company’s guideline across all channels.



Must Have:

  • Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Web Experience Uploading Information and Images
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
  • 3-5 Years Graphic Design experience

Preferred:

  • Photography experience
