Job Summary: Objectways is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Spanish Audio Transcriptionists to join our team on a contract basis. As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for listening to audio recordings in Spanish and accurately transcribing them into written text. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality data for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio recordings in Spanish and transcribe them accurately into written text.
• Ensure all transcriptions are completed with high accuracy and within the specified deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Follow transcription guidelines and standards set by the company.
• Review and edit transcriptions for errors and inconsistencies.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and team members regarding any issues or questions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish with excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Strong command of written Spanish, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Previous experience in transcription, particularly with Spanish audio, is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary transcription software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with various transcription software and tools.
• Familiarity with different Spanish dialects and accents.
• Ability to transcribe audio recordings that may include background noise or multiple speakers.
