HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join a thriving company within Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth County New Jersey 
Daily Responsibilities for a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant:
  • Assisting the Provider as directed in all facets of patient care before, during, and after the in-home visit as well as post-visit office duties as directed
  • Reminding the Provider about open quality gaps and other priority items for in-home visits.
  • Coordinating care with other PCT members, including through EHR task-management software
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m

Required Qualifications for the Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant:
  • Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from a Nationally recognized accredited institution such as AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, NCMA, NAHP, AMCA, ARMA, or MedCA
  • High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work or Vocational/Technical School/Diploma, required
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a medical assistant working with adults / geriatrics
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, required
  • Must have phlebotomy experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30-days of hire
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using EMRs
