Pride Now is urgently hiring for a position of Picker, for one of our food manufacturing clients in Monroe Township, NJ.

Job Type: Contract to Hire / Temp to perm

Pay range: $17-18/hr.

Work Schedule: Monday and Friday: 9a-530p and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10a-630p

 

Requirements:

• Lifting to 50lbs consistently
• Prior experience picking orders manually in a food distribution environment (1-2 years).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Job requires lifting and frequent standing and walking
• Must have experience with a ride-along electric pallet jack
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

 

Job Duties:

• Order Pickers will select merchandise from shelves and prepare items for shipping in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience with correct products.
• Utilize order sheets to pick products, and place and arrange merchandise in specific pallets.
• Locate and count product currently aiming to report shortages.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with safety a priority.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to pick orders accurately.
• Ride-along electric jack experience is a must.
