Job DescriptionJob Description

We are an Personal Care Facility seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team You will perform necessary work to keep the facility appearance excellent and to keep the systems and equipment running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on building HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Painting and wall repair for common areas and turnover of resident rooms
  • Complete work orders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Adhere to safety regulations for all work

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Focus on quality of work
  • A self-starter and proactive worker
  • Ability to handle physical workload
