Sentech Services is looking for Industrial Maintenance employees for three of our locations. 

Fort Wayne, Auburn, and Butler, IN

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour with full benefits

Electrical and CNC Maintenance Background.  Candidates must have a strong background in electrical and CNC machine maintenance, including experience with teardown and reassembly (programming not required).

Responsibilities:

  • Machine Maintenance:** Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with CNC machinery.
  • *Repair and Reassembly:** Efficiently dismantle CNC machines to identify faulty components and replace or repair them as necessary. Reassemble machines ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Electrical Expertise:** Utilize electrical schematics and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.
  • Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for future reference and reporting.
  • Collaboration:** Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
