Job Summary:

Atlas Chiropractic of Fort Wayne is looking for a part-time NUCCA Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and wellness, have a strong work ethic, and be able to provide excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor with preparing adjusting rooms and helping with patient flow into the resting room and checking out.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
  • Greet and check in patients, and answer their questions about NUCCA chiropractic care. (No prior knowledge or experience with NUCCA is necessary. We will help you learn all about the unique care offered in our office)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired.
  • Ability to use a computer/smartphone and the ability to adapt to new applications.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Wellness-oriented lifestyle is preferred but not required.
  • Proper English grammar and communication skills are essential.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office, as this is not a remote position.

 

About Us:

Atlas Chiropractic of Fort Wayne is the first and only upper cervical specific chiropractic office in Fort Wayne, Allen county, or any of the surrounding counties. Dr. Emily Staples uses the NUCCA upper cervical technique to help people achieve their optimal health and be able to live their best lives. We opened in mid August 2023 and have grown to the point where we need an enthusiastic and wellness-minded person to grow with us. We’ll teach you all about NUCCA upper cervical chiropractic and its benefits as well as how it differs from the more traditional full spine chiropractic.

This position is for 24 hours per week Monday through Thursday. (Our normal office hours are posted at atlaschirofw.com.) There is a potential to expand beyond 24 hours per week as the office continues to grow.

We offer complimentary chiropractic care for all employees.
