Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 12 Volt Installation Technician with expertise in ignition interlock devices to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient installation, maintenance, and removal of ignition interlock devices for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain ignition interlock devices in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct thorough pre-installation checks and ensure the proper functioning of devices.

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining device operations, answering client questions, and addressing concerns.

• Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and removals, and submit reports as required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ignition interlock devices.

• Collaborate with the team to implement best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 12 Volt Installation Technician, specifically with ignition interlock devices.

• Strong understanding of 12-volt electrical systems and automotive electronics.

• Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to ignition interlock devices is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
