We are a growing boutique style personal injury law firm that is looking for a Case Manager. You will be joining a top-notch personal injury litigation firm Georgia with a modern office environment. The selected Case Manager for this position must have at least 3 years of prior experience working at a personal injury firm.

Case Manager Experience: Must have experience with:

-          Managing a caseload of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase

-          Setting up claims with insurance companies

-          Collaborating with attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies

-          Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress

-          Conducting interviews with clients to gather relevant information about their cases

-          Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining case records

-          Assisting with intake of new clients and sending letters of representation to insurance companies.

-          Working in a fast-paced environment and understanding the importance of responding quickly to                the needs of clients.

-          Coordinating and monitoring services provided by various agencies and organizations.

 

Qualifications:

- A solid work ethic and positive attitude

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

- At least 3 years of prior experience as Case Manager

- Speaking and writing Spanish is preferred but not required.
