The Allentown School District is seeking passionate and dedicated school psychologists to join our team

We have multiple openings (5 positions) for onsite school psychologists at various schools within the Allentown, PA district. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities to fit your needs and career goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the special education process.
  • Consult with teachers and staff on strategies to improve the learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • A valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist K-12 Certification.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
  • A passion for working with children and adolescents and a commitment to their well-being.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus).
