Residential Service Technician
Location: 550 Irving Parkway, Holly Springs NC 27540

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Roofing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality roofing services to residential clients. This position requires expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of residential roofing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform roof inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs
  • Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and other residential roofing material
  • Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems, such as leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing issues
  • Work efficiently and safely at heights, using proper safety equipment and techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a residential roofer
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
