Sales Representative/Vehicle Sales person

A&S Motorcycles Parts, Inc, located in Roseville CA, is looking for a highly experienced candidate to fill the role as a Vehicle Salesperson. The Vehicle Salesperson is responsible for working with clients to ensure their needs are met and they ride home on the bike of their dreams. The current brands we offer are BMW, Triumph, Ducati, Energica and Royal Enfield.
Have a set schedule Tuesday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 8-5.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE MOTORCYCLE LICENSE AND RIDING EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail
- Establish relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Possess the ability to obtain and maintain certification by all brands
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate in person, on the phone and via email
- Submit credit applications to financial sources on all finance deals
- Accept and properly document client deposits
- Verify client documents
- Multi-task between numerous online programs
- Excellent and timely follow through skills
- Collect and supply required documents in a timely manner to complete transactions
- Keep clients informed of any issues with their transaction
- Become knowledgeable of dealer promotions and monthly factory sales incentives and finance programs
- Highly organized, able to multitask, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Energetic and positive attitude towards co-workers and clients
- Able to implement new processes and adjust quickly to an ever-changing work environment
- Maintain a clean work station
- On and off-site product training
- Assisting the Sales Manager with other administrative tasks as needed during down time.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years Automotive/Motorcycle/RV/Boat sales experience
Excellent understanding of CA F&I Compliance/Red Flag laws/ITPP/CIS is a must
Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedures
Develop new fresh ideas to generate income
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient at using technology and willing to adapt to an ever-changing landscape
Vehicle Salesperson License required
