Job Title: Fab Operator

Duration: 03 Months (Short-term role until the end of the year but may have the potential to be extended until January or February based on business needs)

Location: 300 N. 56th Street Chandler, AZ 85226

Pay Rate Range: $21/hr - $25/hr on w2

Notes:

Potential this role or roles may be for the 3rd shift, but hoping to source for 1st or 2nd as primary.

Would prefer to see candidates that have not previously worked for Intel. Other related industries are good (medical, semiconductor, etc. (Medtronic, Dexcom, NXP/Freescale, Infineon, Flipchip, etc.)

Manual dexterity is a highly-preferred skill for these positions. (Perhaps a nail salon technician or otherwise).

Job Description:

We are now seeking a Fab Operator to join the team. As a Fab Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic components to a given schedule using a range of equipment and processes in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of material to the required quality standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Preparation of materials and tooling to applied standards.
  • Undertake periodic quality checks on equipment and processes, as specified.
  • Gathering and recording of data.
  • Carry out a visual inspection of the product according to the device-specific criteria.
  • Identify non-compliant material or abnormal events, taking appropriate action as detailed in applied specifications.
  • Contribute to improvement activities and participate in working groups.
  • Achieve production targets by undertaking tasks according to specified plans and priorities using local decision-making to account for material and equipment availability.
  • Interface with maintenance and engineering staff regularly throughout a shift.
  • Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations within the working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing the necessary cleanroom attire.
  • Ability to work strictly to quality standards and specifications.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, working with small parts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and standard data entry systems.
  • Able to work occasional overtime, as needed.
