Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple high-impact green projects as defined by the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with a passion for sustainability and a drive to lead complex projects to success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple "Green I" or "Green II" projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Utilize project management principles to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate scheduling and cost controls.
- Liaise with stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior department leadership, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Write clear, concise reports and deliver professional presentations to senior management.
- Lead, direct, and motivate a diverse, matrixed team to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with NRC requirements, policies, practices, and programs as applicable to nuclear power reactors and other regulated entities.
- Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage the review of technical and policy issues affecting licensing and related activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Proficient in project management principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business (MBA), project management, or equivalent.
- Utility technical certifications/training.
- PMP or CAPM Certification.
- CMII/Construction Certifications.
- Professional Engineer License.
- Working knowledge to proficiency in project-related scheduling and cost controls.
- Experience in the utility industry.
- Knowledge in construction management.
- Experience with NRC requirements and policies for commercial light-water nuclear power reactors or similar regulated entities.
