Job DescriptionJob Description

Immediate position available as an assessment therapist working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program.  Daily responsibilities include screening of client appropriateness for PSR program,  completion of bio-psychosocial assessment, development with Client of Master Treatment Care Plan and communication with treatment team about new clients.  Candidates must have prior experience working with this population. Candidate must be have ability to assess clients , identify the functional deficits causes by their mental illness/ addiction and develop a treatment care plan focusing on assisting the client to learn skills to maximize their potential and recovery.  Additional responsibilities  include re-assessment after 12 months of participation in the program and or a significant absence from the program.   Required Credentials:  Masters  in a social services field.     Position includes supervision for licensure,  paid time off,  employer contribution to health insurance after probationary period.  Job Type: Salaried Full time
