Essential Duties:

  • Ability to document work performed, including detailed notes on repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical components and in potentially hazardous environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues with telecommunications equipment and connectivity problems.
  • High level of accuracy in performing tasks, from equipment installation to troubleshooting and repair.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and support staff to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a reliable truck, van, or SUV.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the primary state of residence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb extension ladders up to 28 feet in length.
  • Must be able to work in dark, tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces.
  • Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Snow, Etc.)
  • Must be able to stand, sit or kneel for extended periods of time.
