Skilled Trades Services is looking for skilled Woodworkers, Carpenters, and Cabinet Makers to join our well-established exhibit house, renowned for fabricating high-quality custom auto show displays, trade show exhibits, and museum properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate cabinets from scratch, not just assemble pre-made parts.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials accurately.
  • Read and interpret tape measures and blueprints effectively.
  • Layout, cut, and assemble wood components with precision.
  • Operate a variety of woodworking machines, along with hand and power tools.
  • Build, repair, and install items such as cabinets, countertops, shelving, moldings, and partition walls.
  • Install hardware, including hinges, handles, catches, drawers, pulls, and slides.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proactive and ready to work diligently.
  • Extensive experience with finished work, including laminates, melamine, and moldings.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
