We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team You will be responsible for working one-on-one with customers both in person and on the phone, closing deals, finalizing paperwork, and other office tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, or related field (Preferred)
  • Spanish speaking (Required)
  • Driver's license (Required)
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must pass background check
