The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tooling and manufacturing processes, with specific exposure to automotive environments. This role requires the ability to oversee complex projects, ensuring that they meet both time and budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, focusing on tooling and manufacturing within the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tooling within the automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive tooling processes and project life cycles.
  • Experience with GM processes or exposure to General Motors is a significant plus.
