Job DescriptionJob Description

Hours: 40 hours/week in-person (9am to 5pm on weekdays)

Work Expectations:

● Fabricating physical parts based on the designs created by the engineering team and assembling them onto the vehicles

● Testing these parts and reporting the results to the engineering teams

● Helping in the transport of materials between company locations

● Keep the working area clean and organized

● Willing to take up other tasks and help other technicians as required

● Willing to come into work or attend meetings outside of business hours occasionally

 

Skills Required:

Mandatory:

● Ability to work with common tools found on a shop floor

● Strong welding skills

● Experience with metal working

● Comfortable with using handheld tools like angle grinders, saws, drills, etc.

● Ability to work well with others, collaborate on projects, and contribute positively to group dynamics

● Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, handle multiple tasks or projects, and adjust to new ideas or approaches

● Capability to efficiently manage time to meet deadlines

 

Additional skills (not mandatory):

● Basic knowledge of electrical wiring

● 3D printer maintenance ● Solar panel, inverter, and battery installation
