Job Overview

Join our team as a Rehab Assistant where you will actively support the physical rehabilitation of our patients. This role involves directly assisting with balance, strengthening, cardio, and stretching exercises under the supervision of our providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patient with balance, strengthening, cardio, and stretching exercises.
  • Help implement customized care plans set by providers.
  • Prepare and manage the therapy environment and equipment before and after sessions.
  • Support patients during therapy sessions to ensure safety and correct form.
  • Conduct basic administrative duties to maintain treatment records and schedules.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to physically support and guide patients during therapy.
  • Experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
  • A commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others improve their physical health.
